Went for dinner and was greeted by Alexis. This young man was very attentive and made our whole experience very delightful! Food was amazing as well! Alexis is a rockstar here!!!

So I have gone to that restaurant multiple times. I know the staff. This time it was all different people. The girl that was there when we arrived did not acknowledge our arrival, she was very busy talking to a boy (later found out he was her ride) when she saw us grabbed one menu for the whole table ( so I guess we had to take turns looking at it) we ordered appetizers and our food. Well.. my food came first (before the appetizers). Waited for the other person’s food… nothing, then after my food was cold came the appetizers, I asked without pork it had pork. More customers came, THEY got their food and we are still waiting for the rest of our food. Finally after I asked they said it was coming. It was a huge plate, with rice noodles and meat on top and next to it a small bowl with some kind of sauce. I asked if they had changed owners, and the server (a new one that took the other one’s place) said no, and said she didn’t know what was going on today. We went to the register to pay our the bill, it literally took 15 minutes to pay, and then asked for a leftover container and another 10 min.The restaurant had 2 tables with customers. I will go back but not for a while, hopefull

Such a chill pho spot. The service is always friendly and laid‑back. The food is delicious and comes out fast. The broth is rich and the noodles are perfect. Honestly, it’s my favorite bowl of pho in the area.

We love Pho, and especially good pho which is what we were served. The portions are generous, the broth is delicious and the heartiness not skimpy—good for a satisfying dinner and some to take home. Our server was sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. We are always wanting a pho place to call our own and in Oxnard we’ve found it.
